Fujitsu Wireless Support Engineer in Heredia, Costa Rica

Accountabilities

  • Understand network issues and applications

  • Able to troubleshoot via telephone or any other video conference tool with customer engineers

  • Must have customer service soft skills

  • Perform hardware baseline configurations verification

  • Execute validation scripts on alarmed hardware

  • Perform health check on all the hardware and software components

  • Perform troubleshooting steps on customer network issue.

Qualifications

Required

  • Provide in-depth technical log analysis, check network configuration, and support customer as needed

  • General understanding Wireless Cellular/Mobile Technology

  • General understanding of standard networking protocols

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to provide 24/7 support as needed for commercial Network outages and network performance issues

  • Strong and detailed analytical abilities and technical writing skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams

Desired

  • Understanding of 4G or 5G network architecture

  • Some experience with RF developments
