Kuehne+Nagel Global Services Finance Specialist | Account Opening in Heredia, Costa Rica

Your Role

As a Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless account opening process. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills. You must ensure that all client and supplier creation/modification adheres to the highest standards of quality while delivering a positive experience for the client.

Your Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation.

  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted documents.

  • Input client information into the company's system.

  • Ensure all account opening procedures adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Provide help and guidance to clients throughout the account opening process.

  • Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during account creation.

  • The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm 100% on-site (position for six months)

Your Skills and Experiences

  • High school diploma.

  • Experience in Finance/Shared Services.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Plus).

  • Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency – both written and oral.

  • Intermediate Excel level.

  • Willingness to work overtime and/or on holidays.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments.

  • Eagerness to grow and learn.

  • Strong team player.

  • Goal-oriented.
