Mosaic Pediatric Therapy Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Hendersonville, North Carolina
Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team in the Asheville area as we expand and hope to bring our high-quality, individualized ABA therapy services to additional children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in both home and clinic settings. The positions will be in the following area(s):
- Hendersonville, NC
At Mosaic, BCBAs have an appropriate caseload that allows a focused approach to clinical oversight and supervision for the treatment of clients assigned to them. A BCBA is responsible for determining an appropriate treatment plan and monitoring the implementation of the determined treatment plan by the team of Behavior Technicians assigned to work with the client. Other duties and responsibilities include:
Conducting parent training;
Providing ongoing training to staff members;
Creating clinical materials necessary for the client’s treatment plan;
Providing supervision to students accruing fieldwork hours in accordance with BACB guidelines; and
Working collaboratively as a team in the service region to ensure the quality of service for all clients.

Mosaic provides a competitive salary, paid holidays, and plus 15 days of Paid Time Off accrued annually, beginning at hire. Excellent organization, problem-solving, and time management skills will contribute to success in this position. Experience using electronic medical record applications (Central Reach ideal) and Microsoft Office and/or equivalent G-suite applications preferred.
