Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Contract/Finance Coordinator reports to the Chief Financial Officer with a dotted line to the Finance Director. Under direction of the Chief Financial Officer assists in the preparation of new legal service requests including management of both physician and non-physician contracts and lease agreements. Responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with contract terms auditing payments and maintaining accurate records of supporting documentation. Additional responsibilities include monitoring the expiration of existing agreements and working with the appropriate administrative officer for renewals. The position will assist in the contract and lease process for all entities within the Nevada Service Area. They will also assist in all facets of finance including but not limited to: Accounts Payable Budgeting and Forecasting Key Performance Indicator Reports Expense Management Federal and State Grant Administration and Decision Support.

Qualifications

Minimum :

  • Two (2) year's business experience

  • Associate’s Degree - Undergraduate degree in Accounting Economics or Finance

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills

  • Attention to detail due to various factors affecting physician contract entitlements

  • Possess problem solving critical thinking and creative/innovative thought processing skills

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to implement new processes and procedures

  • Self motivated and self- directed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Workspace preferred

Pay Range

$26.51 - $38.44 /hour
