ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative in Henderson, Kentucky
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be assisting customers with accounts and billing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, three years of relevant experience and the ability to work in a fast paced environment which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Henderson, KY
Pay Range: $20/hr
What’s the Job?
Taking orders over the phone, email, and from walk-in customers
Setting up new accounts
Assisting customers with invoice questions
Work in an office setting
Other duties as assigned
What’s Needed?
Mininum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
Associate's degree or higher preferred
Three years customer service or related experience
Preferred: Experience in an oil/gas environment
Computer and office machinery knowledge
