Position Overview
We are hiring a Territory Manager - LATAM for FUJIFILM North America Corporation's Optical Devices Division . This pivotal role focuses on driving growth and revenue for Cinema and Broadcast products in Latin America (LATAM)countries. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies and implementing sales initiatives for Fujifilm Cinema camera and Broadcast/Cinema lens products. The ideal candidate should be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
FUJIFILM North America Corporation, a marketing subsidiary of FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation, consists of six operating divisions. The Imaging Division provides consumer and commercial photographic products and services, including silver halide consumables; inkjet consumables; digital printing equipment, along with service and support; personalized photo products fulfillment; film; one-time-use cameras; and the popular INSTAX® line of instant cameras, smartphone printers, instant film, and accessories . The Non-Destructive Testing Division delivers radiography solutions to ensure high accuracy inspection of transportation infrastructure, and assets within aerospace, and oil and gas industries

Job Description
Responsibilities:
It is critical that the individual in this roll especially be able to proficiently:
Develop new sales channels for both the Cinema and Broadcast business.
Collaborate closely with the product development team, providing customer feedback and insights to guide the development of new products and improvements to existing offerings.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the Broadcast and Cinema industry, including technical specifications and customer use cases, to effectively articulate the value of the company's products.
Sales Strategy and Market Expansion:
Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, enhancing existing sales channels or establishing new ones.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, applying this information to tailor sales strategies and product offerings.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through strategic planning and execution
This roll will be responsible for the sale and support of the broadcast lens products as well as the cinema camera and lens products.
Sales Operations and Performance Analysis:
Manage the preparation and processing of quotations and purchase orders.
Track and maintain accurate records of Demo/loaner equipment, ensuring integrity in the customer database and adherence to pricing and discount policies.
Prepare detailed sales reports for management, providing regular updates on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain robust relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring all commitments are met.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network with existing and potential customers, promote the company's products, and stay updated on industry trends.
Training and Team Development:
- Take advantage of opportunities for learning, to enhance their ability to service the customers needs and build strong relationships.
Administrative and Compliance Duties:
Assist in preparing for trade shows, exhibits, and other promotional events both locally and internationally upon request.
Facilitate the creation of marketing collateral and manage various reporting needs for headquarters.
Adhere to all travel and compliance policies as defined by FUJIFILM North America Corporation.
This role requires an individual who can effectively balance strategic sales planning with hands-on operational tasks, driving the success of the Optical Devices Division in a competitive market.
Required Skills/Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of sales experience in the broadcast and cinema industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of technical specifications, features, and use cases of broadcast and cinema equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales management tools.
Availability to travel at least 25% to attend Customer locations, industry conferences and trade shows, in Canada and internationally upon request
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome obstacles and achieve objectives.
High level of professionalism, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Salary and Benefits:
$90,000 base plus commission/KPI Bonus, depending on experience
