Effective operation and maintenance of mail systems. Process statements and notices following documented quality control procedures resulting in high quality and accurate statement and notice processing. Transport all mail to the Post Office at least once a day driving company vehicle, lifting 50 to 100 pounds of envelopes and paper boxes frequently. Work involves minimal contacts, usually within the organization. Contact usually involving routine, non-sensitive issues within the department.
This is a Corporate position located in Helena, MT. The mid rate pay for this position is $16.74 per hour (calculated for Helena, MT). All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor mail systems to ensure high quality and output within the appropriate SLA. Keep equipment clean and monitor ink, water, postage, etc to avoid quality problems and unnecessary stoppages during work flow.
* Monitor postage balance and replenish as needed with minimum work stoppage resulting.
* Report service and maintenance needs to management immediately so that appropriate vendor will be called for repair or service in a timely manner so as to not delay statement processing.
* Log rejected pieces of mail daily. Notices that reject are logged and mailed the same day. Follow the documented Quality Control Procedures with each piece of mail.
* Print, stuff and post statements for each institution daily. Deliver to post office driving company vehicle, lifting 50 to 100 pounds of envelopes and paper boxes frequently.
* May assist with data entry of bank related forms as needed.
* Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date.
