Summary
Under the direction of the ERCM Program Admin, the primary focus of this role is to analyze, design, develop, and implement automation solutions based on Workflow/Automation Software such as JHA Enterprise Workflow. The functions in this role include Project Management tasks including Process Improvement and Business Analyses skills to assist with the Key deliverables for the team that include Workflow Development, Deployment, Maintenance, Engineering, Business Process Analysis, and End User support and training. Using fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures, the goal of this position is to build efficiencies in business processes. The Enterprise Workflow System Administrator must effectively communicate with the team, clients, and stakeholders in gathering requirements, designing, coding, and implementing the solution from inception through maintenance of the project. Participates in in-depth dialogues, conversations and explanations that can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance.
This is a Corporate position which may be located at an available bank division location across our eight-state footprint in AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, UT, WA, or WY. The entry rate for this position is $27.91 + / per hour (calculated for Kalispell, MT).
All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.
Description
- Under the direction of the ERCM Program Admin, develops business process efficiencies utilizing Automation Workflow systems. Key deliverables include engineering, building, testing, and troubleshooting workflow definitions while working close with the GBCI business units. Plans and manages all system administration activity within Workflow systems including program expansion, periodic system updates, workflow publishing and maintenance as well as documenting published workflows. This process includes conducting discovery calls with both corporate and division staff to outline the business process for new potential workflow solutions. Provides updates to existing workflow definitions based on end user requests, as well as ensuring workflow definitions meet strict compliance requirements.
- Responsible for developing strong relationships with users and managers, at all levels and across enterprise. Coordinates with user groups and fosters dialog and decision making across enterprise. Supports, develops, and maintains Job Aids and Procedures covering the handling and use of all workflow and assets to ensure integrated operations and compliance. Responsible for maintaining a current content systems and workflow training curriculum and delivery model to onboard new users, improve skill sets of current users, and manage upgrades. Once workflow is published, develop job aids and training materials to assist staff in completing workflow tasks according to outlined procedures.
- Maintains and works with IT resources on the JHA Enterprise Workflow solution by maintaining stability and version updates and compatibility and performing the needed System Administration functions. These can include user or group creation and configuration, monitoring workflow performance, and reporting issues to the IT leads.
- Stays current on assigned reading and training to develop and maintain knowledge of ECM legal, regulatory, and policy matters. Assists in the development and maintenance of procedures to ensure adherence with company policy and regulatory requirements.
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date.
