What You’ll Be Doing
The Cadmus Strategy and Transformationteam seeks qualified candidates to support our federal client who is looking tosupport overall modernization and implementation of long-term changes stemming from multiple strategic initiativesacross a large IT organization. We are looking for aChange Management and Strategic Communications Consultant to help our clientinnovate, support organizational changes and communicate about new technologies and processes. Working collaboratively with the larger change management team, you will ensure that stakeholder groups across the organization are informed, supported, and ready for future changes and will design and create a variety of communications tools to ensure stakeholder groups are informed and ready to accept this change. Your work may include supporting the development of a Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement Strategy, conducting organizational readiness assessment and executing change activities and facilitating stakeholder engagement activities such as focus groups, surveys, interviews, and review of existing stakeholder data. Your responsibilities will include consulting with leadership and stakeholders in developing strategic communications, creating communication plans, , organizational branding initiatives, and implementing organizational effectiveness maturity models.

Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for clients and members of the project team
Coordinate and manage tasked assignments
Apply understanding of change management processes and tools to create/develop change management plans and execute campaigns to facilitate user adoption of new and existing systems
Develop and execute Strategic Communications Plans, including strategy, stakeholder identification, messaging and measurement, for initiatives of various sizes and complexity
Draft client-facing materials such as emails, memos, newsletters, Teams posts, surveys and other items
Support client and project team in fostering opportunities to align stakeholders and prepare teams for upcoming changes (technology, process)and project success
Plan and facilitate recurring activities including monthly reports, program-wide team meetings
Support client meetings: prepare materials, capture and distribute notes and action items
Participate in internal Team meetings, track deliverable status, issues, and risks; Support team members

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of eight years of professional experience.
Experience with the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures
A clear understanding of how to apply a change management process and tools to create employee/user adoption and engagement, experience with large-scale organizational change efforts desired
Comfortable with being a credible source of advice to clients at various levels of authority on organizational effectiveness and design, leadership
Political savvy and the ability to develop strong relationships a a trusted advisor with senior leaders, government managers, and with our contractor partners
Experience coaching leaders and project teams to help them be effective change sponsors
Ability to lead and facilitate others to move toward a common vision or goal
Proven experience supporting the design, development, delivery and management of strategic communications
Consistent track record developing, measuring and demonstrating adoption of data-centric change metrics
Organized seamlessly managed strategic tasks (developing strategic plans, briefing client executives on recommendations) as well as tactical tasks (preparing PowerPoint briefings, recording meeting outcomes) as needed
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects, clients, and tasks
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and a gift for creating briefings and documents that tell a compelling, relevant and data-driven story
Experience with consulting, including government consulting a plus
Experience in IT and technology deployment, HR programs, professional services firms and/or government a plus
Change Management, Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or facilitation certifications desired
Candidates must be able to obtain government security clearance - US Citizenship Required.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $85,000 The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
