Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Involve in process variability reductions, manufacturing capability and process control for consistent performance, product quality, process optimization and cost reductions.

  • Drive improvements in manufacturing quality by identifying and eliminating root cause(s).

  • Build in quality for new processes and product development and introductions.

  • Lead or support to solve customer complain.

  • Drive the quality continuous improvement system in manufacturing.

  • Support operations and inspection to ensure accurate interpretation of the product specification.

  • Lead to create control plan, inspection work instructions, etc.

  • Support operations in the development of visual inspection operators.

  • Perform regular audits to ensure the control plan, SOP and work instructions are being followed.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor and /or above degree majoring in in a technical discipline such as Quality, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.

  • At least 3 years or above of Auto quality management and manufacturing experience.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of process control/process discipline, SPC, DOE, Statistics, DMAIC and Total Quality methods, also the 8D report create.

  • Strong knowledge of quality management system IATF16949/ VDA6.3.

  • Good English specking and writing.

  • Effective use of Microsoft applications – Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint as needed to fulfill key responsibilities.

  • Ability to organize, collaborate team activities.

  • Ability to drive tasks to closure and discipline to communicate effectively with all different levels of organization.

  • Sense of urgency and creativity to handle issues and adapt to changing environment
