Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Lead internal quality improvement program with cross function

• Responsible for quality document initial and update

• Responsible for day to day quality issue handling, risk assessment, drive team for continuous improvement from system and execution

• Co-work with division and sister plant for quality architecture optimization

• Lead plant wide quality improvement project

• Handle plant non-conformity product to meet target

• Support Customer Complaint Case. Make sure effectiveness of improvement action.

• Be participant in plant quality related project and provide the insight from quality points of view

Education & Experience

• B.S or above degree in Engineering relative major.

• At least 3 years work experience in QA function or Process.

• Experience in Optoelectronics industry would be a plus.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge in Statistic Tools, SPC, QC Story and Quality relative tools.

• Logical thinking and data oriented.

• Problem solving and decision skill.

• Good English comprehension in listening, speaking, writing and reading.

Desired Skills

• Excellent in data analysis/ Statistical using skill are preferred.

Soft Skills

• Good personality and negotiation skill.

• Aggressive and willing to take challenge and work hard and smart.

• Project Management.
