Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Hebron, Ohio

Position Overview: As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring that machinery runs efficiently and products meet our high-quality standards. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery, as well as performing quality checks and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup: Set up and calibrate machines according to production specifications and requirements.

• Operation: Operate machinery effectively to produce high-quality products in accordance with production schedules.

• Monitoring: Continuously monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal production efficiency.

• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure smooth operation.

• Quality Control: Inspect finished products and in-process items for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine malfunctions and production issues promptly.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production counts, and maintenance activities.

work hours: 11 PM - 7 AM

• Operation: Operate machines and equipment efficiently, following standard operating procedures.

• Monitoring: Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal operation.

• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts to ensure machines run smoothly.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine malfunctions or production issues, either independently or with the assistance of maintenance staff.

• Inspection: Inspect finished products or in-process items for defects or deviations from specifications.

• Measurements: Use measurement tools and instruments to verify product dimensions and quality.

• Documentation: Record inspection results and document any quality issues or deviations from standards.
