CNC Grinder Operator

Job Description

Perform setup and changeovers on grinders. Utilize CNC and precision grinders for outer diameter and inner diameter grinding of necessary parts. Hold high tolerances of +/- .001 due to aerospace industry requirements. Potential to use manual and CNC mills/lathes. Grind and smooth metal parts to remove defects, sharp edges, and excess material.

Hard Skills

• Setup and changeovers on grinders

• Use of CNC grinder

• Precision grinding

• Outer diameter grinding

• Inner diameter grinding

• Holding high tolerances +/- .001

• Manual and CNC mills/lathes operation

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Hebron, Kentucky.
