JORDANELLE Special Service District Water Treatment Operator I in HEBER CITY, Utah
Jordanelle Special Service District is seeking a full-time Water Treatment Operator I. Duties include but are not limited to maintenance of the district's water treatment plants, monitoring treatment plant water quality, making appropriate adjustments to chemicals and flows, working with operations staff in maintaining water quality in the treatment plants and in the distribution system, monitoring and performing various tasks to ensure all work is being done accurately to meet and exceed all state and federal drinking water regulations. Minimum required qualifications are high school diploma or GED; valid Utah driver license; minimum of one-year job-related experience; ability to acquire Treatment IV certification within first year of employment; basic computer knowledge. Mechanical and/or plumbing experience preferred but not required.
