Delta Stone Products Administrative Assistant in HEBER CITY, Utah

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! We specialize in the stone industry in quarrying, fabrication, and masonry installation. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, possess the ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. A successful candidate will perform clerical and administrative functions that will contribute to company success. Candidates must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, reliable, and have great customer service skills. Job duties include greeting walk-ins at the front desk with a friendly smile and pleasantly answering the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers • Answer telephone calls • Handle and coordinate active calendars • Develop, implement, and maintain organized filing systems • Assist with bookkeeping functions • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize and multitask • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • General computer proficiency
