This is a full-time non-exempt position

Job Requirements:

To be considered for the opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Administrative experience

  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to:

  • Researching variances in production records

  • Inventory control and management

  • photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, scanning and shredding documents.

  • Entering production data, grades, test results into IBM mainframe

  • Invoicing shipments

  • Assist in weighing trucks

  • Backup to logistics coordinator (may require to alternate weekends)

  • Answer phone and transfer as needed to appropriate staff member

  • Oral and written communication skills

  • Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft office

  • IBM, Peanut Procurement, etc

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Other duties assigned

  • Some extended hours or weekend work may be required.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Focused on day to day operations

  • Willingness to adapt to changing workload priorities

  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented environment

  • Communication of essential information to all parties concerned.

  • Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks/assignments.

  • Further responsibilities include working collaboratively with commercial, production, administrative and management teams.

This position is located at our Headland, Alabama Shelling Plant.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
