Service Electric Cablevision Customer Service Representative in Hazle Township, Pennsylvania
Service Electric Cablevision, Inc., an equal opportunity employer, is presently seeking applications for a Full Time Residential Cable TV, High Speed Internet, and Telephony Customer Service Representative for the Hazleton System. This individual must be reliable and willing to work in a fast-paced, customer oriented cable system. Candidate should possess high school diploma or GED and must be able to understand and operate a computer terminal, typewriter and other office equipment. The right person should possess excellent customer service skills and proper business telephone etiquette for heavy phone work and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience and bilingual individuals a plus.
Competitive salary and benefits package are available. Evening and weekend work will be required. Proposed workday will be 11 :30am to 8:00pm Monday through Friday, and 8:30am to 5:00pm on Saturday with a day off during the week.
