Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, assisting a crew of 3-5 in the production of essential concrete precast products such as concrete pipes, highway barriers, manhole chutes, and bridge supports. Responsibilities include measuring and preparing forms for concrete pouring, removing and loading finished products, and general shop duties during the winter months. This role involves both indoor and occasional outdoor work, depending on the product size.

$25/hr Starting Wage!

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Hawley, Minnesota.

Work Environment

This position requires being on your feet for 12-14 hours per day in a physically demanding setting. While the role involves some heavy lifting, most lifting is facilitated by cranes. Our workplace culture is hard-working and fun, with a friendly, supportive atmosphere. Dress code includes jeans and t-shirts; safety gear such as steel-toed boots, rain gear, hard hat, work gloves, and safety glasses will be provided.
