Eliot Community Human Services Family Networks Data Coordinator in Haverhill, Massachusetts

Description

Eliot's Family Networks Service is currently seeking a Data Coordinator to assist and support referrals from the Department of Children and Families. The Data Coordinator is also responsible for collections, analysis, and reporting on referrals. The Ideal candidate will have experience with reporting, data entry and service requests by families.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter all collected data into the DCF Family Networks system in a timely manner..

  • Create data analysis reports as required by Agency, funding source and contract.

  • Track case assignments for assigned staff

  • Enter and manage all placement service referrals into identified database.

  • Ensure all data is accurate, updated and complete.

  • Schedule and notify staff of Family Team Meetings.

  • Enter and track financial expenditures.

  • Work closely with identified departments to resolve any billing issues that may arise.

  • Process and track all contracted flex fund requests, ensuring appropriate documentation ispresent for reimbursement.

  • Distribute Virtual Gateway/I-family reports including critical incident reports, treatmentplants, treatment plan reviews, and CANS assessments to appropriate parties.

    Qualifications:

  • High School diploma with demonstrated administrative skills.

  • Experience in a human service agency preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in writing, editing and word processing.

  • Ability to work independently and as part ofa team.

  • Ability to handle and prioritize many projects simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of families from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

  • Demonstrate sound judgment and effective, solution focused, problem solving skills.

  • Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with clients, staff, co-workers and supervisor. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and cultural groups.

  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule contingent upon programneeds.

Schedule: Part Time 16-24hrs (flexible)
