Construction Manager

Job Description

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning and budgeting, including preparing budgets, cost estimates, and work schedules. You will manage contracts, prepare contracts, and negotiate changes with clients, architects, and other parties. Additionally, you will monitor project progress and report to clients and the construction firm. Effective communication is crucial as you will interpret and explain technical information and contracts to other professionals. You will also develop and implement quality control programs to ensure project standards are met. Ideal candidates will have:

• Carpentry experience

• Experienced with leading a crew

• Working with owners/clients and architects

• Strong communication

• Restaurant fit-out experience
