Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 9 years of experience with management and leadership.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in an appropriate technical discipline that will enable them to maintain full and reasonable understanding of our entire product range, RF specific technical.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in working thru an external Sales force of Representatives.
- Written communication skills in English language.
- Must have the appropriate skill necessary to negotiate and close multi-million dollar contracts.
- Must be capable of developing successful account strategies to increase market penetration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multi-cultural skills.
- Candidate must have the ability to manage own time without continuous supervision.
- Ability in parallel or related technical fields to those of Microwave and RF can also be considered.
Additional Information:
