Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate records, timely stock replenishment, and minimizing stock discrepancies. Shipping and Receiving: Manage the inbound and outbound logistics operations, including shipping schedules, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of goods. Vendor and Client Relations: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth logistics operations, addressing any issues that arise to maintain strong business relationships. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all logistics activities comply with industry regulations and safety standards. Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment. Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on logistics performance, including metrics such as delivery times, cost efficiency, and inventory accuracy. Present findings to senior management and recommend actionable improvements.
