City Wide Facility Solutions Facility Solutions Manager - Suffolk County, NY in Hauppauge, New York


City Wide Facility Solutions is actively seeking a Facility Solutions Manager (FSM) for our office in Suffolk County, NY.

As a City Wide Facilities Solutions Manager, you will:

  • Serve as the focal point of contact with clients and perform inspections on all accounts on a scheduled basis to ensure work performed satisfies company and client quality standards;

  • Manage, expand, and diversify client relationships with an eye toward potential add-on sales opportunities;

  • Train/develop your Night Manager(s) how to work with employees, Service Providers, and crew members to meet/exceed client expectations;

  • Implement company policies and procedures associated with client service levels.

  • Manage all Contractor relationships including – Interview and hire, negotiate pricing and other contract terms, manage agreements, develop service specifications, client compliance, verify Contractor compliance, and remove/replace Contractors as necessary.

  • Effectively communicate all client issues with Contractors and the Director of Operations (or owner); promptly address any client issues or problems that arise.

  • Use City Wide’s CRM to organize, schedule, perform and document client inspections, adding extra charges, NM routing, etc.

  • Schedule each non-routine activity in client facilities using Outlook.

  • Approve Night Managers and/or Service Representative's pay sheets; ensure accuracy.

  • Assist Accounting in collecting clients’ past due invoices and payment invoices for Contractors.

  • Maintain updated route sheets, key/alarm sheets, and monthly planner for each client.
