Subro IQ is seeking a Shared Services Assistant as we continue to grow our team! We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented DMV Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing DMV-related tasks, including handling suspensions, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and accurately completing various forms and documentation required by the DMV. The ideal candidate will be computer-savvy, meticulous, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities:

DMV Suspensions: Process, manage, and resolve DMV suspensions promptly and in accordance with regulations. Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on suspension cases. Mail Management: Sort, distribute, and manage all incoming and outgoing mail related to DMV processes. Ensure that all correspondence is handled in a timely and organized manner. Form Completion: Accurately fill out and submit DMV forms, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and requirements. Double-check forms for accuracy before submission. Data Entry: Enter and update information in the relevant databases or systems. Ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date. Record Keeping: Maintain organized and detailed records of all DMV-related transactions, ensuring they are easily accessible for future reference. Customer Service: Communicate with clients, customers, or internal teams to provide updates, resolve issues, and answer questions related to DMV processes. Compliance: Stay informed about the latest DMV regulations and ensure all processes adhere to these standards. Qualifications: Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to manage and complete tasks with precision and accuracy. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and software applications, particularly those related to document management and data entry. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and keep track of deadlines and paperwork. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and DMV officials. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions. Experience: Prior experience in a similar role involving DMV processes or administrative work is preferred but not required. Work Environment:

Location: Office-based with a structured, fast-paced work environment. Hours: Full-time position with standard office hours Compensation and Benefits: $18-20 per hour Benefits package with health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage options 401(k) retirement plan option with company matching Generous paid time off policy and 7 paid holidays Salary is $30,000-40,000 (Base pay plus production bonus) Weekly pay 401(k) plan with company matching and immediate vesting We look forward to you joining the team!
