Immediately hiring Mechanical Assemblers in the Souderton/Hatfield, PA area! This full time position will require the assemblers to perform various tasks inside the manufacturing and production facility. Tasks include: Read and interpret blueprints, utilize power tools to perform mechanical assembly tasks and working with sheet metal, working with a variety of materials such as felt, insulation, ceramic, graphite, carbon fiber, molybdenum, stainless steel, carbon steel, Assembling large parts that will go into industrial furnaces Prior machine operation/mechanical aptitude experience is required for this role.

Description:

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a mechanical assembly role or relevant work experience

• Consistently meet and exceed deadlines for assigned tasks

• Efficiently produce parts that meet and exceed quality standards as determined by the Production Supervisor and/or Quality Inspector

• Trouble-shoot machine problems and perform preventative maintenance

• May be moved and cross –trained on several assembly processes
