If you are :

· Graduating in 2024 or a recent university graduate, preferably in Technical/Maintenance/Automation specialties

· Excited to start your career in an innovative brewing company

· Eager to learn from top professionals

· Fluent in English

During the 12-month Program you will Craft your Career by:

• 10 months departmental rotations within Supply Chain

• 2 months Assignment

• learning through mentorship

• exciting and in-depth technical trainings in different departments

• best practices sharing with colleagues from other European countrieс

• visiting sites on various locations in Europe, as per need

• working side-by-side with department heads
