Job Title: General Production Worker+

12 Hour SHifts, Weekly Pay 18-21 hour Depending on shift and department. MUST BE FLEXIABLE ON SHIFT AND DEPARMENT

Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. You will operate various types of machinery including packaging, mixing, and baking machines. Responsibilities include general production duties and ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing equipment.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 480 Hour(s).

Shifts

• A Shift: Day Shift (5am-5pm) - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday

• B Shift: Night Shift (5pm-5am) - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Saturday

• C Shift: Day Shift (5am-5pm) -Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, every other Saturday

• D Shift: Night Shift (5pm-5am) - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, every other Saturday

Pay

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Harvard, Illinois.

Work Environment

Our facility is a 210,000 square foot, state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled environment with a focus on cleanliness and safety. Employees must wear steel toes, masks, hair nets, beard nets, eye protection, hard hats, and ear protection. We offer a $2.00 night shift differential for all jobs. Pay rates are $17 for operators in Baking, Packaging, and Cold Extrusion. Shift schedules vary and include both day and night shifts. Training includes orientation every Monday from 8:30am-11:30am, with A shift employees staying until 5pm. The facility is powered by solar panels and is certified for international shipment to over 12 countries. There are numerous opportunities for growth within our 420-person facility.
