Actalent Quality Manager in Hartland, Wisconsin

Job Title: Quality ManagerJob Description

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage quality and compliance, ensuring regulatory compliance GMP throughout the applicable life cycle and regions of distribution for the product. Your responsibilities will also include acting as a liaison with various divisions, suppliers, manufacturing, and operations to assure quality products and customer satisfaction. You will manage complaints, develop new approaches to problem-solving, identify and execute continuous improvement projects, and assist with design, testing, inspection, and process validations. You will also be involved in hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performance reviews, and training and development of staff. This position involves up to 25% travel to different sites both in-state and out of state.
