Join us in growing all aspects of our business while embodying these values. Job Purpose: The Operations Administration Lead is responsible for overseeing operations administration. Operations Administration encompasses policies, procedures and the analysis of our operations in adherence to these procedures, including, but not limited to customer account assignments, customer rebate programs, shop tool management, consignment, coupon, core, parts returns and campaign management. The Operations Administration Lead collaborates with location and region management as well as their team to help establish and execute operation administration needs. Additionally, the role focuses on identifying and implementing technological and process improvements to enhance productivity and profitability within the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Honor Commitments: Monitor all consignments and customer agreements, ensuring renewals are vetted and verified. Work with branches in conjunction with our vendors, the Field Support Team and Procurement Team on the management of aging inventory. Create Positive Experiences: Collaborate with branch Parts Managers and corporate directives to set and track key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Work to proactively communicate with our internal and external customers about campaigns, recalls and maintenance potentials, aiming to optimize uptime for our customers. Foster Lifelong Learning: Lead, mentor, and develop the operations administration teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Work with key personnel to identify and develop technological or other solutions to simplify and improve the accuracy of operational processes. Exhibit a Pioneering Spirit: Investigate and recommend technological and process-driven changes to improve productivity and profitability within the organization.
