Job Responsibilities: One-on-One care assisting seniors in their homes with the things such as, getting dressed showering or bathing safely toileting ambulation meal prep light housekeeping other daily activities Companionship with seniors and helping them enjoy life by doing the things they enjoy such as, playing cards baking cookies watching a movie talking about their life events going on walks taking them on outings What We Offer: Competitive STARTING WAGES: \$15-17 PER HOUR (plus \$2.50 weekend premium)** Paid time off Access to wages before pay day Referral bonuses (bring a friend!) Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager. Bathe patients. Provide patients with help moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles and with dressing and grooming. Care for patients by changing bed linens, washing and ironing laundry, cleaning, or assisting with their personal care. Entertain, converse with, or read aloud to patients to keep them mentally healthy and alert. Plan, purchase, prepare, or serve meals to patients or other family members, according to prescribed diets. Perform a variety of duties as requested by client, such as obtaining household supplies or running errands.
