Aston Carter Document Control Specialist in Hartland, Wisconsin

Description:

  • Work directly with clients (mostly GE) to proof new and existing items in OP.

  • Recognize print specifications and print files in order to create Bill of Materials (BOM).

  • Work directly with Prepress department and Digital Print on proofs.

  • Communicate with clients and internal departments in order to keep work flowing through the department.

  • Manage multiple projects in different stages of production simultaneously.

  • Load files onto customer facing sites for client review/approval.

  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace at all times.

  • Assist in other Document Control areas as needed.

  • Assist in other departments as needed.

  • Work with CS teams to meet customer deadlines.

  • Perform inventory counts when needed.

  • Track billable hours and tasks for monthly billing.

  • Cross train on other Doc Control duties for department coverage.

Skills:

  • Computer experience a must especially Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

  • Must have strong and clear communication skills.

  • Must have good organizational skills.
