JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a professional individual to fill a contract Accounting position for a local Manufacturing company to handle accounting activities for the Hartford, WI and Memphis, TN manufacturing sites. Job Responsibilities: Process Account Receivables Reconcile account discrepancies Work with end user and internal departments as needed to resolve past due balances Process Accounts Payable Work with vendors as needed to resolve PO discrepancies Assist with month-end close Qualifications/Requirements High School diploma or equivalent 2 or 4 year college degree in Finance or Accounting preferred 3-5 years relevant experience in Finance field Manufacturing accounting experience preferred Experience with Manufacturing inventory Work Environment: 1st shift In-person (Hartford, WI location) Small office cubicle environment We are committed to a policy of equal opportunity for all employees.
