Job Title: Working Superintendent
Job Description
Aerotek is hiring immediately for a working superintendent! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Working Superintendent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading both in the trailer and on the ground, serving as the main point of contact between the workforce, architects, and clients. Projects will be located in Pomfret, CT and Rocky Hill, CT. This position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits!
Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction projects on-site.
Serve as the main point of contact between the workforce, architects, and clients.
Ensure compliance with corporate safety standards.
Operate forklift and lull as needed.
Perform carpentry and light metal work alongside the crew.
Maintain and manage a crew of 20+ workers.
Utilize MS Project and Procore for project management.
Adhere to OSHA regulations and ensure team compliance.
Essential Skills
Computer literacy
Oral and written communication skills
Ability to perform work alongside the crew
Forklift and lull operation
OSHA 10 certification required, OSHA 30 preferred
Proficiency in MS Project and Procore
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to lead by example
Experience with ground-up construction
Knowledge of carpentry and light metal work

Work Environment
This role involves working on outdoor jobsites that are not climate controlled. You will be required to work in various weather conditions and operate necessary tools and equipment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
