Description :

The Senior Manager, Marketing Business Partner — Talent Solutions will be responsible for supporting and implementing the marketing strategy for Talent Solutions. This role will have exposure across the business and design various marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth.

Essential Job Functions:

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Implements the Talent Solutions marketing strategy by designing multi-channel campaigns across the candidate and client community

  • Works closely with the rest of Global Marketing to ideate new ways to engage candidates and businesses using events, social media, content, email and more

  • Helps inform the overarching marketing strategy by gathering critical insights from our business stakeholders across the field

  • Builds strong relationships and develops trust amongst office leaders and brand producers

  • Identifies and prioritizes key sales enablement needs and design new sales enablement materials for the field (e.g. One-pagers)

  • Acts as a brand ambassador who is closely aligned with brand strategy, messaging, and storytelling

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Minimum 5 years' experience required

  • B2B Marketing experience required, preferably in the talent solution or staffing industry

Location: In office.

Hybrid/Remote option may be considered with Management approval.

Travel Requirements:

10% travel (e.g. 10% travel to differing locations, 90% of the time working from an office)

Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:

Frequent: Sitting, walking, eye/hand/foot coordination and repetitive motion.

Occasional: Standing and bending.

Infrequent: Lifting up to 10 pounds.
