Position Summary

As the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis, you are a critical leader with responsibility over complex Hyperion management reporting and planning system including functional support, system design, and implementation and maintenance of stable control environment. In this role, you lead a team of 3 that includes 2 managers and a senior analyst, support a finance community of 1K+ users, and a key decision maker on new processes and projects ensuring alignment with segment goals and initiatives.

You will accomplish this by:

  • Resolving and communicating complex technical issues, roll out new functionality and training and set strategic direction based on segment goals

  • Working as a liaison between the HCB Finance user community and senior IT leaders to ensure critical projects impacting the Hyperion environment are completed timely with no disruption to the finance close or planning cycle

  • Functioning as an operational leadership for all Hyperion system governance and master data requirements; ensuring alignment with Oracle ERP and SAP S4/Hana

  • Setting priorities of critical initiatives and team goals ensuring alignment with segment governance

  • Working with IT on all system upgrades ensuring a stable financial system environment

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience

  • At least 1 years’ experience of the Oracle EPM/Hyperion environment, ability to work across multiple businesses area and with senior leaders on support, training, and process improvements

  • Strong understanding of system controls and data governance

  • Proven leadership skills including the development of strong teams, setting priorities and strategic direction

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business acumen to understand industry trends and transform them into business needs

  • 10-15 Years Experience

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,200.00 - $174,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
