Job Description

A healthcare client is looking for a Business Analyst to sit Hybrid in Hartford CT or fully remote. This person is going to be responsible for bridging the gap between business and technology as part of a large initiative in the healthcare business IT space. They will be working on the Student Health portal, to help trim and refine user stories to be more specific for developers and QA's. This person should be ok with working in a hybrid Agile and Waterfall environment while being able to make suggestions for best practices. This person should be able to communicate with business resources confidently while being able to manage/facilitate technical business requirement discussions.

Skills and Requirements

7-10 years of experience working as a Business Analyst

5-7 years of experience working specifically in Healthcare

Experience refining and editing user stories

Ability to effectively run meetings with the business and facilitate discussions

Experience with Rally for project tracking null
