Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the architectural design and framework for our large-scale projects. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Newark, DE.
What You'll Do
Design and implement critical architecture solutions that support the business requirements and align with the company's strategic direction.
Lead Salesforce application architecture and development efforts.
Provide technical leadership in Salesforce projects from conception to completion.
Evaluate existing application architecture and recommend improvements.
Oversee the Salesforce Administration, ensuring best practices are followed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to determine how Salesforce solutions can best support business goals.
Develop and maintain a secure, scalable, and performant Salesforce architecture.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring the adoption of architectural standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features, best practices, and implementation methodologies.
What You'll Need
Required:
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Application Architect.
At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
Proven application architect experience for a minimum of 4 years.
Demonstrated experience in architectural design and framework for large projects or organizations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people at various levels within an organization.
B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field, or equivalent experience.
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
