About the role

This is an exciting position within our Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) team! Our Project Management positions are crafted for growth and lead to a multitude of career pathways at CBRE! The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined corporate real estate project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.

As a Retail Bank Project Manager, you will lead, manage and coordinate multiple projects in varying stages that consist of renovation projects and upgrades to retail bank branches for our Financial Services clients.

This is a hybrid role that will require site visits in southern and central Connecticut.

What you’ll do

  • Conduct periodic site visits to supervise the progress of construction, review status of work completed during the period covered, review that work is generally proceeding in a good and workmanlike manner and in general accordance with the approved construction documents.

  • Collaborate with clients to define project requirements. Prepare scopes of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & turning points, quality control, and risk identification.

  • Lead project delivery resources/team providing project mentorship and direction to achieve project goals.

  • Implement communication plans for meetings, written reports and meeting minutes to ensure client and project resources are supervised in real time.

  • Manage progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Crafts action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree and at least four years of related experience.

  • Previous Project Management experience with Interior and Exterior renovations and Retail Bank projects.

  • Consistent track record of delivering multiple projects in varying stages while maintaining high level of client fulfillment and communication.

  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge in MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices.
