This position offers a significant opportunity to influence mainframe usage, access, and management. You will play a crucial role in devising new processes and strategies for managing mainframe demand and driving modifications to application efficiency. As a member of the Infrastructure Governance team, you will collaborate closely with our Managed Services provider and application development teams to ensure adherence to best practices in mainframe development.
The IT Lead Infrastructure Governance role tackles problems of diverse scope and complexity, ranging from moderate to substantial, ensuring a dynamic and impactful work environment.
The Lead, Infrastructure Capacity Management conducts supply/demand, trend analyses and makes proactive recommendations to mitigate risk and rationalize the optimal amount of hardware, software and network resources to meet business needs, service level requirements and IT infrastructure growth capacity. The Lead, Infrastructure Capacity Management works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
The IT Lead Infrastructure Governance-PCM ensures that application code on the mainframe is optimized to meet the demands of our application stakeholders and serves as a subject matter expert for application development.
Develops, maintains, recommends, documents and supports tools that deliver on best practices and efficiencies.
Facilitates the development of policies to ensure best practices and efficiencies are being followed.
Advises executives to develop functional application development strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.
Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and working under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8 or more years of technical experience
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Experience integrating new technologies with existing technologies
Experience implementing technologies with enterprise-wide impact
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Healthcare industry experience
Masters degree
Experience managing major projects from end to end
ITIL Certification

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$106,900 - $147,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
