Responsible for the overall process management of HSB’s Continuing Education Program to increase the visibility of HSB products and service offerings through continuing education classes. Significant focus on new and renewal class filings, prepping rosters for CE courses, certificate delivery to participants and instructor certifications.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or the equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial property and casualty, preferably with training and delivery background.

  • Experience in managing an education program desired.

  • Experience in the insurance industry, including general operating structures and market, various distribution channels, market research techniques, and digital interface technologies.

  • Insurance and/or training certification completion is desired.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Advanced PC skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Basic knowledge of insurance concepts

  • Project management skills

  • Strong critical thinking skills

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Extreme attention to detail

  • Works well independently

  • Working knowledge of presentation skills
