Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Hartford, Connecticut. This role primarily revolves around the management of invoices and vendor accounts, utilizing various accounting systems and platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing a variety of invoices.

• Keeping vendor accounts current and well-managed.

• Efficiently entering and processing invoices into designated systems.

• Utilization of various accounting systems and third-party payment platforms, including but not limited to Bill.com and Abilla.

• Conducting three-way matching processes to ensure invoice accuracy.

• Utilizing accounting skills such as Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, and Invoice Processing.

• Employing proficiency in software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

• Operating independently after initial training phase. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Ability to manage Check Runs

• Skilled in Coding Invoices

• Strong Data Entry capabilities

• Familiarity with Invoice Processing

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Oracle systems

• Experience with QuickBooks

• Familiarity with SAP software
