Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

Maintain production equipment (automated assembly and robotics). Perform electrical troubleshooting up to 480V, primarily at 220V. Conduct electro-mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Handle pneumatics troubleshooting; no hydraulic experience required. Troubleshoot relays in panels and PLCs (Keyence, Mitsubishi, RS500, or RS5000) by changing or troubleshooting sensors.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Harrodsburg, Kentucky.

Work Environment

Great work environment with clean equipment and a climate-controlled atmosphere in most areas. Lab coats and hair nets are required. Medium-paced facility with availability for overtime as needed. Automated equipment includes motors, conveyors, laser etchers, PCB equipment, sealant depositors, and test equipment. Typical day involves line support as the first priority and preventive maintenance. Shift coverage during the week may be possible.
