Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities:

1. Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
2. Provide medication counseling to patients regarding proper usage, dosage, and potential side effects.
3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication therapy management.
4. Maintain accurate patient records, including medication history and allergies.
5. Monitor drug interactions and contraindications to prevent adverse reactions.
6. Oversee pharmacy inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and organizing medications and supplies.
7. Perform medication therapy reviews and provide recommendations for optimizing patient medication regimens.
8. Adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements governing pharmacy practice.
9. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy services.
10. Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

1. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
2. Valid state pharmacist license in good standing.
3. Prior experience working in a pharmacy setting preferred.
4. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
7. Proficiency in pharmacy computer systems and software.
8. Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.
9. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
10. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
