This involves supervising the performance of engineering analysis of pavement conditions, developing and maintaining maintenance policies and procedures, and forecasting annual surface improvement needs.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. This position is eligible for Alternate Work Schedule (AWS).

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 2 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office.

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Four years of professional civil engineering experience which includes three years in the appropriate specialty and one year of experience in directing the work of civil engineers. Special Requirement: This position requires possession of a valid Professional Engineer license issued by the Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists. Other Requirements: is currently waived for this title. You must be able to perform essential job functions. Post Employment Requirement: For the Bridges and Transportation parentheticals, successful candidates with an out of state Professional Engineer license will be required to produce a valid Professional Engineer License issued by Pennsylvania within their initial six-month probationary period.
