The Oracle North America Applications Sales Excellence organization is actively seeking an enterprising leader within the healthcare sector driven by the desire to make a substantial impact on industry growth. If you possess expertise in healthcare Supply Chain Value Analyses/Costing, and/or Supply Chain Process Transformation/Modernization, this role offers a distinctive opportunity to catalyze change on a large scale.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities encompass more than just industry expertise. As a key player in this role, you'll expand your professional network by engaging with peers across the country—both individually and within group contexts. You'll be tasked with effectively communicating Oracle's perspective on the applicability of cloud technology in the healthcare realm, contributing to the establishment of our organization's reputation and credibility within the market. Furthermore, you'll have the privilege of sharing your insights at prominent conferences like SMI and AHRMM. Simultaneously, you'll oversee the development of thought-provoking materials such as white papers, case studies, blogs, and similar content that drives the industry conversation.
Leveraging your extensive network and forging fresh executive-level client relationships, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring value realization. Your contributions to presentations and references will be instrumental in this regard.
Within Oracle, you'll serve as a highly sought-after consultant for various teams, including Sales, Consulting, Operations, Support, Marketing, Alliances, and Development. Your profound expertise will empower these teams to eloquently articulate the unique value proposition inherent in Oracle's offerings. By identifying and prioritizing innovative financial and accounting transformation opportunities, you'll equip clients to elevate care delivery through novel approaches. Collaborating deeply with counterparts in Finance, Accounting, HR, and EHR, you'll uncover cross-functional possibilities, culminating in strategic offerings that transcend conventional boundaries between business and clinical operations.
Measuring your performance involves a dual perspective. Firstly, your top-down influence on Oracle North America Applications' sales pipeline and win rates in the healthcare sector both from short- and long-term perspectives will be paramount. You'll work closely with teammates specialized in respective functional areas to achieve this. Secondly, your bottom-up contributions will be assessed, particularly within the supply chain pipeline and win rates.
Minimum qualifications necessitate exceptional presentation, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. A demonstrated history of presenting at conferences such as SMI, AHRMM, or the like is a key asset. This role may involve travel, potentially up to 80% of your time. A BA/BS degree or its equivalent stands as the minimum requirement.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the United States only
Hiring Range: from $105,000 to $185,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40 - 70/30.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
