DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Casino Compliance Representative 1, you will perform analytical and monitoring duties related to the regulation of interactive gaming. This includes evaluating electronically reported information detailing interactive gaming to determine potential regulatory violations, trends, and the extent to which goals and objectives are being met. You will also have the opportunity to assist in the review of interactive gaming internal controls, review revenue reconciliations, and prepare reports or recommendations related to patron compliant as well as other duties guided by the Gaming Act to provide broad economic opportunities and enhance tourism in Pennsylvania.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 37.5 hours weekly. Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework). In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Telework options are available within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania only. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: A Bachelor's degree; or Four years of security or surveillance experience, of a technical level; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Legal Requirements: Employment is contingent upon the completion of a Personal History Questionnaire with a thorough background investigation, including drug screening and the subsequent review and approval by the Board.
