Reference #: 4377726 THE POSITION Do you have an interest in ensuring healthcare facilities are operating within the mandatory compliance? The Office of Developmental Programs, Bureau of Community Support is seeking a Human Service Licensing Representative to work within the Central Region Licensing Unit. This position is responsible for the inspection, licensure, and monitoring of community service providers to confirm that they meet the appropriate regulatory standards and are operating in accordance with legal requirements and established rules and regulations. DESCRIPTION OF WORK Duties of a Human Services Licensing Representative in these positions include preparing samples to review for annual inspections and presenting the sample to the provider. You review documentation annually to ensure providers are meeting regulations. You also complete walkthroughs of facilities to ensure regulations are being met, and you identify violations, review violations with the provider at an exit, and enter the violations into a database. In addition, you provide technical assistance as needed, attend trainings as needed, and complete investigations as needed.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 37.5-hour work week Work hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
