DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this role, you will play a vital part in gathering and managing critical information, emphasizing the organization and prioritization of key data to assist relevant stakeholders in taking necessary actions, including response and recovery efforts. Your responsibilities will include working alongside local, county, and governmental agencies, as well as media and non-profit organizations, to enhance operational efficiency for the benefit of the community. Effective communication skills and the ability to support response and recovery initiatives are essential for implementing agency strategies. By evaluating data, informed decisions can be made to ensure coordinated actions and prompt notifications to all relevant parties. The capacity to make important decisions based on collected information and analysis is crucial for successful coordination and communication with the appropriate stakeholders.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

FREE on-site parking Full-time employment

Work hours are 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM, will work three 12.5-hour days per week In the event of an emergency/disaster situation or training exercise, this position may be required to travel, work up to 12-hour shifts, and work outside of the normal work hours, including weekends and overnights. Salary:Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will receive the minimum starting salary listed on this posting.  The starting salary is non-negotiable. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Three years of emergency coordination experience within the operation of a large municipal, county, statewide or national emergency center; and an associate degree in emergency management or other closely related field; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training. Other Requirements:
