DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Office of the Governor's Digital Strategy Office is a unique first-of-its kind department in Pennsylvania, responsible for managing the Governor's online communications and enhancing the online experiences of Pennsylvanians. We specialize in social media, influencer management, web and software design, and all things related to the internet. We are eager to hear your ideas, concepts, and solutions to help us excel in the digital landscape!

This role offers a unique opportunity to dive into different facets of digital strategy, from creating social media content to implementing digital services. You will have plenty of chances to enhance your expertise and experience working alongside our dedicated team.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Part-time internship, 20 hours per week, that will run from August 2024 through December 2024. Work hours are flexible within the hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You will have the opportunity to work from home (telework) 1 day per week. In-person reporting is required on all other days. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. Internship Requirements: Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program. Good academic standing (2.0 GPA or higher). Pennsylvania residency or enrollment at a Pennsylvania college or university. Additional Requirement:

You must possess or be pursuing a degree in communications, advertising and marketing, electronic and digital media communication, or a similar major or degree program. You must be able to perform essential job functions. How to Apply:
