DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Clerical Assistant 1, you will have several responsibilities which include collecting mail from the post office, organizing and sorting incoming correspondence, opening envelopes, scanning packages, and conducting daily mail pickup and delivery trips. Furthermore, you will reach out to internal clients through email or telephone when there are large shipments available at the Dock. Duties include ensuring that the batch header is completed and that applications are organized into the transporter or designated folders. Additionally, miscellaneous applications should be placed in the appropriate bins for sorting and batching at the back mail table.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. This position may require overtime. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
